Loan Application form
Gateway Credit Union Ltd will never knowingly over indebt a member therefore you may be required to provide proof of income and expenditure to support your loan application. See either the "HandyLoan" or "Save As You Borrow" page.

Payroll Deduction form
If your employer operates a payroll deduction scheme with us please complete this form and return to Gateway Credit Union. We will authorise the forms and forward them to your Payroll Dept.
If your employer does not operate a payroll scheme, but you would like them to, please ask them to contact Gateway Credit Union.

Use this form if you would like to set up a Standing Order payment from your Bank or Building Society account for either your loan or savings account, or both. Please complete, sign and return both copies to Head Office We will forward it to your bank/building society and retain the copy for our records.
